After which time the core deposit is forfeited and DieselProBrands.com will purchase the core at market value. All core deposits will be refunded upon receipt of a rebuildable core exchange and required documentation. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the buyer assumes complete responsibility, financial or otherwise, for shipping the core exchange to the DieselProBrands.com facility. Core exchanges must be properly packaged to prevent fluid leaks. If a core exchange cannot be delivered to the DieselProBrands.com door due to leaking fluids, improper packaging, mislabeled information, etc, buyer forfeits the core deposit.
